The sense of belonging and inclusion impact different aspects of peoples’ life and it has never been so important to create spaces and experiences where people feel accepted and where they can thrive.
What can we do to empower people to live and work in better places that are inclusive, accessible and guarantee equity and diversity?
After years of research, we developed the IDEA toolkit, a scientifically validated, flexible set of tools and training resource to help people to solve wicked problems about inclusion, diversity, equity, and accessibility.
With the Inclusive Design Canvas, part of the IDEA toolkit, we can empower people to train the muscles of empathy, help teams to develop the business case for Inclusive Design and design more inclusively. With the IDEA audit we can help teams to gather behavioural and attitudinal data to discover insights for designing more inclusive and accessible spaces.
